Receive and review the fund’s private placement memorandum

Deliver to the Fund or a Sales Agent: a signed Subscription Agreement an “Accredited Investor Certificate” any other required documents, (including Know Your Client documentation or identification that are required under applicable securities laws of the Jurisdiction in which the Investor resides)
